Print and Personalize: These guides are printable for a reason. Research shows that writing by hand can help process emotions more deeply. Use the margins to jot down thoughts, trail markers, or questions you want to bring to our next session.
The Right Tool at the Right Time: You don’t need to use every handout at once. Like a hiker choosing the right gear for the weather, pick the resource that matches how you feel today—whether you need a compass for direction or a kit for grounding.
